Out of Stock Items

 
Occasionally items go out of stock between you placing your order and us
Shipping the items.
If this happens we will notify you of the delay and expected delivery.
You can either continue to place your order, or cancel your order.
If any problems arise with your order we will first try and contact you by
Email. If no reply to our email we will contact you by telephone if given.
 
Packaging
 
We try to use recycled packaging for our Items that we dispatch. This packaging may contain logo's and other printing that does not relate to brewXpress.
 
Breakable Items Are Sent At Your Own Risk
 
We package breakables as best we can. These are sent at the risk of the customer.
If any damage occurs we will not be liable as these products are not insured
 
Complaints & Returns Procedure
 
If you have any complaints please contact us by letter, phone or e-mail (complaints@brewxpress.co.uk) and we will endeavour to sort out your problem, fairly and confidentially
 
In the very unlikely event that the goods are damaged, or faulty,
please contact us within 24 hrs of receipt. Where it is possible we would
require the faulty or damaged items to be returned back to BrewXpress were we will either replaced free of charge or give a refund.
Please allow up to 7 working days for this. If we are not notified within 24
hours of any problems with your order then we are unable to place a claim with
our carriers and will not be able to replace the goods.
 
 
 
PLEASE CHECK BEFORE YOU SIGN FOR YOUR PARCELS, HOW MANY
PARCELS YOU ARE SIGNING FOR, AND HOW MANY YOU SHOULD BE RECEIVING
 
All courier deliveries will have to be signed for on receipt. This is your / our POD ( proof of delivery) If you believe any items are missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will look into the matter and despatch any missing items should this be the case. If you do not contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order it will be deemed that the sale has been completed to the satisfaction of all parties.
 
Unwanted Orders
 
Should you order goods in error, or decide that you do not want the items you
have ordered, they may be returned, at your expense, within 5 working days of
the goods being delivered and signed for.
 
Before returning goods you must contact BrewXpress
(returns@brewxpress.co.uk) for a return authorisation code

Goods must be returned, unused and be appropriately packaged.
Please get proof of posting and ensure that there is adequate insurance against
loss or damage. Payment for the goods will be refunded less the original postage charges and also any discount that was given, within 30 days of the goods being received.
 
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We accept no liability for loss or damage during return transit.
Should any item have been opened or used,
they will be assumed to have been accepted by you and no return will be considered.
 
Products and service
 
Any reference to any product or service which has been or may be provided by brewXpress does not amount to a promise that such product or service will be available at any time. Changes to such products or services may and can be carried out at any time without notice.
 

 
 
Privacy Policy
 
Any personal details that we collect are confidential and private.
Personal information that we may have collect will be:-
 
Your name, address, phone number. E-mail address.
 
Any additional delivery information you may need to provide when placing an order.
We do not have access to any payment card details, your payment is through a secure payment gateway via PayPal. PayPal do not require you to have an account with them, if no account is set up your card details are not stored.
BrewXpress does not require customers to have an account with us.
 
We do not share, sell or pass private confidential information to any third party whatsoever. Personal information will be stored securely for twelve months to facilitate with further orders. If no such orders are forthcoming your information will be destroyed.
 
Payment
 
All goods will be paid for before dispatch, any goods paid for but out of stock then payment will be held until stocks are replenished, or refunded if you decide not to wait for re-stocking
